Is this what advocates for illegals are wanting to be stopped sentenced in fed court on immigration offenses?

His sentence sounds about right-"punishment fitting the crime". But one small adjustment should be made, - While he`s in prison he should work his off to pay for his room & board, or all his property (not that it would amount to much) should be confied to offset the cost of his incarceration. Why should we taxpayers have to foot the bill for his crimes?
