BIKINI AREA AND UNDERARM EPILATION!!! pain decrease over time?

i just recently got my braun epilator and for me it doesn't hurt at all anywhere BUT the underarms and bikini area. those area hurt like a MF!! ive only epilated those areas once and i was wondering if the more i epilate those places the less and less it will hurt? don't suggest waxing because im happy with the epilator. please answer if u know from experience.
