Is it over? Or does he still love me like he says he does?!?!?

So I have been dating this guy for about 4 months now and in the last 4 days I have talked to him twice both times he was cryin cause he missed me so much (I'm in Hawaii for the summer and can't see him) so I thought things were going back to normal but today he said that he was bmxing all day and that he has to go but " I will call you when your coming back!" I'm not coming back for 3 months :( does this mean that he doesn't love me anymore or does he? Ahhh!!! Please help!!!
