Notification by custodial parent of travel plans?

u are not wrong at all.. my man has told his wife of certain friends of hers that he doesn not want around his children and if she doesn't comply, he will get a restraining order and take her to court.... you have every right to know whats going on with ur kids, even if someone else is going to be babysitting... what if you dont like the person who is watching them for an hour or so... what if you know thta person is a coke head or a thought pedifile, but ur ex doesnt.??? take her to court, or call ur lawyer.. the father has say in his childrens lives...
