Pregnancy?

I have friends who are a couple. They were "married" in a commitment ceremony about 3 years ago and have now just had a little boy. The child was carried by one women, using the egg of the other and a donated sperm. They enjoyed the whole experience and from what i am told and saw for myself they were never treated any differently. And in fact after several years on IVF all the staff were so excited when their little man finally arrived.
