1994 S10 transmission problem?

I have a 1994 s10 short box regular cab with the 4.3l 4x4. We recently moved from MT to OR roughly 800-900 miles and the truck was towed with a car hauler(front wheels). After unpacking and driving the truck I noticed the shifting issue. The truck chugs like its missing on one cylinder (plugs wires rotor cap are good)(all gauges read normal)(no warning lights). The clutch is very heavy...i have a stage 2 in my audi and this is way harder(you have to press yourself into the seat to engage it. Now onto shifting: First gear works fine, Second gear works fine, Third gear works but grinds unless you let the rpms drop to idle, Forth gear doesn't work(after the move) you can drop it into gear but as soon as you let the clutch out it jumps out of gear, Fifth gear works fine. I've been checking the forums and haven't found an answer. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
