Great American Steakhouse Onion Machine?

Someone gave my mom this onion machine and she never used it, so she gave it to me. It has everything except the cookbook/instruction booklet. I was hoping I could find it online somewhere, but not having any luck. Anyone know where I can find this booklet? I dont have a clue what to do with this machine.
