OK. HELP!!! I wanna get a job abroad. Any idea of best way of going about it?

Really I would like to emigrate but I don't want a hard time of it, like it can be to get into Oz, it took my kids dad 4 years of worry and paying thousands to migration agents before he got in there. I don't want that. I would try anywhere really. Italy, even S America. Where do I look?
